This page describes what the website build actually does with visitor information. It is a description of the technical baseline, not a full notice from a named operator.
1. Scope of this page
This page covers the static pages of zestlystorycrats.lat: the results, archive, guides, FAQ, source register, legal pages and the local tools on them. The domain names the website only. It is not a statement of the identity of a company or a person.
2. What this build does not do
The build has no visitor accounts, no payments, no form submission to a server, no behavioural analytics and no advertising trackers. It does not set cookies of its own. The only thing it keeps in your browser is one local-storage flag that remembers you dismissed the cookie notice, so the notice is not shown again on every page; no other visitor preferences are kept. See Cookies and storage. No message you write on the contact page is transmitted by the site.
3. Tools that run on your device
The archive filters, the CSV download and the feedback-draft tool run in your browser using the page’s own records. Filter choices and any text you type are held in memory only. They are lost when you reload or leave the page, unless you choose to copy the text or download a file. A file you download or text you copy is in your hands.
The search box on the results page sends you to the archive page with the number you entered in the address (for example archive.html?main=14). The filtering happens in your browser, but the address itself is requested from the web host like any other page address.
4. External links
Source and support links lead to independently operated websites, such as the JuegosONCE archive and Gamblers Anonymous. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and when you open one it can receive technical information that your browser sends. This website does not control them. Links are marked as external and use no affiliate or tracking redirects.
5. Hosting and technical logs
Web hosting commonly involves technical logs, which can include the requested address, the time of the request, the type of browser and the network address it came from. Whether logs are kept, for how long and by whom depends on the hosting provider chosen when the site is published. This static build does not itself read or store those logs.
6. What this page does not state
No data controller, hosting provider, retention period, lawful basis or rights-request channel has been supplied to this build, so none is named here and none is invented. These details must be completed from the publisher’s real configuration before public launch where the law requires them. Nothing on this page should be read as saying that no personal data is ever processed.
7. Changes to this page
If this page is changed, the change should be recorded together with the date it was actually made. No change has been recorded in this build. If a real message endpoint, analytics or advertising is ever added, this page, the cookie information and the contact page must be updated first.
